Nasze wymagania: 10+ years HR Tech / HRIS experience. 5+ years' Workday experience with expertise in HCM foundations. Proven experience leading Workday tracks in major implementations. Deep understanding of org structures, job architecture, and compensation data dependencies. Experience working within global, multi‑country environments. English: fluent speaking & writing. O projekcie: We are looking for a senior Workday HCM Lead to own the IT leadership for organizational foundations—covering positions, job architecture, org structures, skills framework, and compensation foundations. The SI leads the functional design sessions — this person leads the IT side, including integrations, structural data governance, and technical design. Zakres obowiązków: Represent and lead the IT perspective in SI-led design workshops for positions, org management, job architecture, skills structure, and compensation foundations. Own IT-side functional/technical decisions ensuring global alignment and scalability. Lead integration design and governance for all organizational and foundational data flows across downstream systems. Drive testing cycles, defect management, and architecture consistency across domains. Partner with HR, Finance, and SI teams on global design decisions and data standards. Ensure long‑term scalability of organizational structures and foundational models.
