Nasze wymagania: 10+ years HR Tech / HRIS experience. 5+ years' Workday experience with expertise in HCM foundations. Proven experience leading Workday tracks in major implementations. Deep understanding of org structures, job architecture, and compensation data dependencies. Experience working within global, multi‑country environments. English: fluent speaking & writing. O projekcie: Workday HCM Lead – Hire‑to‑Retire We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Lead to drive the IT leadership for the Hire‑to‑Retire domain as part of our global HR transformation from Oracle HCM to Workday. The SI leads the functional design sessions — this person represents and drives the IT perspective in those sessions and owns integrations, technical decisions, and testing. Zakres obowiązków: Lead the IT perspective in SI-led design workshops for Core HCM, onboarding, and offboarding. Own IT‑side functional/technical decisions and ensure global alignment. Lead the design and governance of integrations (HR, Finance, Identity, and others). Manage testing cycles, defect triage, and cross‑domain technical dependencies. Partner with HR, IT, and SI teams on requirements, system behavior, and architecture. Support data flows, security considerations, and technical dependencies.
