O projekcie: - Prestigious position at one of the world's largest banks - Stable, long-term projects - Competitive salary with a B2B contract - Hybrid work (6 days per month from the office in Cracow) and flexible working hours - Private healthcare and multisport card - Personal growth and development opportunities with the possibility to rotate between projects - Referral program and company events - Convenient parking Wymagania: - 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in automation scripting using TOSCA or similar tools for web and desktop applications (certification preferred) - Ability to work across both automation and functional testing streams - Strong experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks - Experience in AI Testing and prompt engineering (real project exposure required) - Experience testing CRM applications and understanding CRM components - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong defect and change management experience across SIT, UAT and production delivery - Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps Codzienne zadania: - Design, develop and maintain automated test cases using TOSCA or similar automation tools (TOSCA not mandatory) - Create and execute functional and regression test cases - Apply prompt engineering techniques and AI Testing practices in real project scenarios - Build and enhance automation frameworks and scalable test components - Review business and system requirements, identifying defects at early stages - Estimate testing effort and define structured, well‑designed test cases - Manage test execution, test environments, defect lifecycle and quality metrics - Collaborate with global teams and ensure compliance with release governance - Support SIT, UAT and production delivery cycles - Identify process inefficiencies and propose practical, data‑driven improvements
