Nasze wymagania: Degree in Linguistics, Philology, Communication, or Conversation Design. Exceptional attention to linguistic detail; ability to spot subtle inconsistencies. Comfortable with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt crafting. Analytical mindset; experience working with qualitative data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills (soft skills are essential). English: C1. Zakres obowiązków: Conduct conversational red‑teaming to uncover edge cases, logic gaps, and potential misbehaviors. Audit linguistic quality, tone, clarity, and brand‑voice alignment of AI responses. Verify factual grounding, ensuring outputs contain no fabricated or unauthorized content. Document issues with clear logs and reports for technical and content teams. Test alternative prompt versions; assess how wording changes affect AI behavior. Provide user‑centric insights to refine conversational experience and policy. Oferujemy: Hybrid work model: 3 days per week from the office in Wrocław.
