We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer (AQA) with strong Java and Selenium experience to support enterprise testing initiatives for a global banking client. The role involves framework development, automated test execution, and close collaboration with distributed teams in a regulated environment. Send CV to (marcillina.tietjen@dcvtechnologies.co.uk) Location: Kraków, PolandWork Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite (mandatory) Employment Type: Contract / Mandatory Skillset • Strong understanding of Automation Testing concepts • Hands-on experience with test automation framework development • Selenium with Java (core requirement) • Experience working in hybrid / WFO environments (3 days onsite mandatory) Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks • Create and execute automated test scripts using Java • Perform test execution and defect analysis • Work closely with development and QA teams across global locations • Ensure test coverage, quality, and reliability of applications • Participate in CI/CD-driven testing pipelines • Support quality assurance in an enterprise banking environment Required Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Excellent communication skills and experience working with global teams • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as: • Selenium • Appium or similar frameworks • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD • Strong programming experience in Java • Experience using DevOps tools: • Git • GitLab Pipelines • Nexus • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure • Comfortable working in a Linux-based server environment • Bash / shell scripting • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Work Model (Important) • Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week in Kraków (mandatory) • Candidates must be willing to comply with WFO requirements
