Automation QA Engineer (Mobile)

We’re looking for an experienced, highly motivated Client Automation QA Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain mobile test automation on iOS and Android using Appium (Java)
• Build and maintain the framework using the Page Object Model and keep suites stable
• Turn mobile smoke suites into a release-blocking gate across both platforms
• Expand from smoke into regression and feature-progression suites 
• Integrate suites into GitLab CI and run tests across devices (device-cloud platforms)
• Collaborate with mobile developers and QA to build quality in from the start.
• On board and train QA engineers towards automation first as a process.
Requirements
• 3–5 years in test automation, with hands-on Appium (Selenide-Appium) for mobile 
• Java 21/17, JUnit 5, Maven, Allure
• REST API testing for request/response validation - Retrofit2/OkHttp (or RestAssured)
• Framework and infrastructure building and maintenance - Page Object Model, GitLab CI, Git
• Understanding of mobile app testing challenges - flakiness, device fragmentation, network conditions
• A quality-first, automation-first mindset aimed to reduce manual QA to zero
• Experience using AI tools for development & QA.
