Automation Tester (Python) with German

About the Project We are looking for Automation Tester (Mid/Senior) with knowledge of Python and German langauge who will join a team working on projects related to modern, cloud-based software solutions for payroll and HR management. Tech stack: Python, Django, React, Git, Docker, Restful Web Services in JSON, PostgreSQL, Scrum  Work Mode: remote (with occasional trips to Warsaw, Gdańsk, Germany or Denmark - up to 2-3 times/year) Duration of the project: long-term cooperation Job Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test scripts • Prepare, define, and carry out test cases • Review and interpret test outcomes, detect defects, and collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues and maintain high software quality • Leverage end-to-end testing tools to validate web applications • Help improve and streamline CI/CD pipelines by increasing test automation and evolving testing strategies and workflows • Actively participate in a Scrum team, owning QA activities and continuously enhancing testing standards and practices Expectations • Min. 5 years of experience in Automation Tester role • A structured, analytical mindset with a strong focus on quality • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) • Experience with Python/Django • Good to very good command of the German and English languages (min.
