Nasze wymagania: Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing. Hands-on functional testing experience in CRM, preferably D365 CRM covering positive/negative, regression, and integration scenarios and validation. Experience working in a structured or regulated environment, including validation testing and documentation practices. Solid knowledge of test design, test execution, regression testing, and defect lifecycle management, combined with strong attention to detail and a structured, quality‑focused mindset. Experience with test and defect tracking tools; exposure to test automation is considered an advantage. Fluent in English. Mile widziane: ISTQB certification or equivalent. Experience supporting UAT activities or collaborating with business users during validation cycles. Working within a Business System Platform, centered around D365 CRM and/or PROS CPQ. O projekcie: The Business Application Tester (f/m/d) is responsible for the testing of our CRM solution landscape based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM along with several integrations and supporting systems such as PROS Configure Price Quote [CPQ]. We are on a very exiting journey to standardize our CRM processes, connecting to a brand-new Dynamics 365FO solution and implementing CPQ in our global Sales sites. This role is critical to ensure that CRM solutions are delivered in line with business requirements, quality standards, regulatory compliance and release timelines across a global business application platform. This position reports to the Director, Global CRM, Collaboration & Support and is part of the Global Business Systems organization. The role can be performed either onsite in Stargard or in Krakow. Zakres obowiązków: Design, document, and execute detailed functional test cases for D365 CRM and PROS CPQ based on approved business, functional, and technical requirements. Perform comprehensive end‑to‑end functional testing and validation tests including regression, and system integration testing, to ensure solution robustness and business readiness. Test system enhancements, defect fixes, and project‑driven changes across CRM and CPQ to ensure functional integrity and minimize business risk as part of the continuous improvement team. Collaborate closely with Test & Validation manager, developers and functional consultants during development and testing phases to clarify requirements, validate functionality, verify fixes, and support timely issue resolution. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation standards, and validation practices, including the adoption of improved tools, methodologies, and automation where appropriate. Act as a supporting partner to Functional Consultants by contributing to change documentation and assisting with the preparation of user guidance and release materials.
