Data QA / ETL Testing Engineer

Nasze wymagania: Commercial experience in Data QA / ETL testing Hands-on experience with automated testing for ETL or data projects Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases Good understanding of ETL, Operational Data Store, and data warehousing concepts Experience in validating data mappings, transformations, and business rules Practical experience in manual data testing and strong attention to data quality Familiarity with Git-based tools, such as Bitbucket Experience working in Agile / Scrum / SAFe environments Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders Fluent English, both spoken and written Mile widziane: Experience with IBM DataStage, Informatica, or similar ETL tools Zakres obowiązków: Work as part of a Scrum team in a data-focused banking project Develop and maintain automated tests for ETL processes and data migrations into the Operational Data Store Validate data mappings, transformations, and business rules using SQL Perform manual data testing and exploratory checks when needed Review mapping documents, data models, and integration requirements Collaborate closely with ETL Engineers, developers, and business stakeholders Support regression testing and release activities Prepare and maintain test documentation, test evidence, and defect reports Oferujemy: Opportunity to join an international project for a well-known banking client Long-term collaboration in a data-focused QA role Work in an Agile environment with close cooperation across technical teams Hybrid work model: 3 days per week from the office in Gdańsk or Warsaw Opportunity to work on complex ETL processes, data validation, and migration testing in a large-scale environment
