As a Defect Manager, you will work closely with the Test Manager, coordinating defect management processes and ensuring timely resolution. We look forward to reviewing your profile 😊 Wymagania: Who we're looking for - Test management experience (certifications are a plus). - Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile. - Solid understanding of defect management. - Proficiency in Jira (dashboards, filters). - Business analysis or consulting experience, with the ability to challenge delays and assess defect criticality. - Understanding of banking functional areas.Ability to comprehend architecture, environments, and data models. - Background in structured project environments, ideally within investment banking and large programs. Codzienne zadania: - Coordinating defect resolution activities across multiple teams, ensuring SLAs are met. - Analyzing criticality and prioritizing defects, driving efficient resolution. - Leading defect meetings and organizing correction work (including burndown charts, workarounds, and prioritization). - Promoting best practices in defect management and fostering a quality-driven culture.
