Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ERP Test Manager to lead and manage the testing strategy and execution for a large-scale ERP implementation. The role involves overseeing all testing activities across System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality delivery and system readiness before go-live. Key Responsibilities • Define and manage the overall ERP testing strategy, including SIT and UAT phases. • Plan, coordinate, and execute test activities in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. • Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and test data. • Monitor and track test execution progress, defects, and resolution status. • Ensure timely identification, reporting, and follow-up of issues and risks. • Validate end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and data migration. • Ensure quality standards are met and the system is fully ready for go-live. • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams throughout the testing lifecycle. Required Qualifications • Proven experience as a Test Manager in ERP implementations. • Strong knowledge of SIT and UAT processes and methodologies. • Experience coordinating across business and IT teams. • Solid understanding of end-to-end process validation, integrations, and data migration. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills • Experience with large-scale or global ERP programs. • Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems. • Structured and detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills. Location: Copenhagen (Onsite – minimum 3–4 days per week) Start Date: June 1, 2026 Duration: Until December 31, 2026 (with possible extension) Workload: Full-time
