Full Stack QA Engineer (Python)

Andersen is hiring a Full Stack QA Engineer for a project developing AI-powered platforms and ensuring quality across intelligent automation solutions.  The customer is a technology-focused company specializing in AI-driven solutions and digital innovation for businesses across multiple industries. The organization develops intelligent platforms and automation tools designed to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making. The company operates in an international environment with a strong focus on scalable architecture, modern engineering practices, and the practical implementation of advanced AI technologies.  The project is focused on developing a platform for creating AI agents without technical expertise. It enables businesses to deploy plug-and-play AI assistants that handle communication, reporting, analysis, and collaboration tasks across channels such as email, phone, etc.  Responsibilities:  • Testing AI/agent-based product features, including LLM logic and agent workflows. • Evaluating prompt quality, model responses, and overall output reliability. • Performing classical QA: UI, API, and integration testing. • Designing and maintaining automated tests for both AI-driven and traditional components. • Collaborating closely with a small team, contributing beyond strict QA scope when needed. Must-haves:  • Experience in QA across UI, API, and integration layers for 3+ years. • Understanding of LLM-based systems (prompting, response evaluation).  • Ability to test and validate agent workflows and AI-driven features.  • Experience with test automation (Python preferred, but other stacks acceptable).  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.   Reasons why this job would be interesting to you:  • Experience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and others.
