HLK & Certification Specialist

Nasze wymagania: Minimum 4 years of experience in HLK certification for Windows drivers. In-depth, end-to-end knowledge of Microsoft HLK processes and Windows driver certification lifecycle. Advanced proficiency in WinDbg debugging and dump file analysis. Strong understanding of Windows OS internals and driver signing processes. Experience validating compliance for encryption technologies (e.g., BitLocker). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Mile widziane: Experience working in multinational or large-scale technology environments. Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and documentation abilities. Certifications related to Microsoft technologies or Windows driver development are a plus. O projekcie: The HLK & Certification Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of Windows storage drivers within HCLTech’s advanced technology solutions. This position is responsible for owning the end-to-end Microsoft Hardware Lab Kit (HLK) certification process, contributing to the integrity of HCLTech’s offerings, and supporting product excellence across multiple operating systems. The role is instrumental in maintaining HCLTech’s reputation for delivering secure and certified solutions to global clients. Zakres obowiązków: Plan, execute, and manage Microsoft HLK test suites for Windows storage drivers across supported OS versions. Own certification timelines, ensuring timely completion for each OS version. Debug and analyze HLK test failures, performing root cause analysis using WinDbg and Memory.dmp files. Coordinate with development teams to implement fixes, and re-run certification cycles as required. Ensure successful driver signing and compliance with Microsoft standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation of certification processes and outcomes. Validate compliance for BitLocker and other encryption-related requirements. Align certification activities with Microsoft driver requirements and internal quality standards.
