Nasze wymagania:
basic experience with Oracle, SQL
basic knowledge of Java
English skills at B2 level or higher
knowledge of any ticketing system, for example ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk or similar
strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes
good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Mile widziane:
experience in IT support, testing, helpdesk, internships
basic knowledge of JavaScript
experience with Git
knowledge of Jira or other issue-tracking tools
understanding of how web applications work

provide day-to-day support for web applications and databases
analyze, diagnose, and resolve user requests and incidents
work with SQL queries to investigate data and application issues
cooperate with developers on more complex or escalated cases
suggest improvements to application performance, stability, and user experience
take part in internal IT projects and application-related initiatives
