Job Description
Under the supervision of the Software Quality Assurance Lead, the Software Test Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, creating and maintaining test plans, analyzing test results, and collaborating with other team members to identify and troubleshoot issues. The Software Test Engineer should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The candidate should also be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have experience with testing methodologies.
Conditions
- Permanent contract.- Working location: 3Dconnexion office in Wrocław, Poland.- Trial period: 6 months.
Wymagania:
Technical Skills and Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is desired but not required- Proven experience as a Software Test Engineer, Software Tester or similar role is preferred- Certification from an industry body such as the ISTQB is desired but not required- Familiarity with software testing methodologies, including both manual and automated testing- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Good verbal and written communication skills in English- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team- Interest in CAD and 3D software is an advantage- High motivation to meet and exceed goals- Personal attitude that strives for challenges and learning on the job- Team and success-oriented work style

- Test software drivers and applications to ensure functionality and quality
- Create and execute test cases based on product requirements and specifications
- Analyze test results and report software bugs and issues
- Maintain and manage testing environments/machines
- Collaborate with the development and technical support teams to troubleshoot and document issues
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of software testing methodologies
- Document test procedures and results
- Ensure that software products meet quality standards and customer requirements
