Junior Software Tester

About the role  We are seeking a candidate with an understanding of testing methodologies, Quality Assurance practices, and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a critical yet solution-oriented mindset, who has gained experience in a business environment working on projects alongside more experienced testers, benefiting from their guidance and exposure to established testing practices. The ideal candidate communicates openly, is not afraid to share their opinions, collaborates effectively with multiple development teams, and is committed to continuously developing their skills. Tasks • Analysis of systems functional and non-functional requirements • Contribution to Test Strategy and Quality Assurance processes • Functional and non-functional test scenarios and test cases design • Performing functional tests • Reporting and supporting root-cause analysis for defects • Writing test documentation (test plans, test reports) Requirements • Master’s degree in Computer Science • At least 2 years of experience in testing • Hands on experience in applying testing techniques • Experience in analysis of customer needs • Proven experience with test case design • Experience in reporting complex bugs/issues • Familiarity with Agile delivery and Agile mindset concepts • Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish We offer  • Fully remotely or in-house work at our office in Warsaw • Contract of employment or B2B contract • Flexible working schedule • Medical care (LuxMed or PZU Zdrowie) • MyBenefit or Pyszne.pl • Self-development opportunities • Internal & external trainings • Certification opportunities • English/German conversations with native speakers • International teams and projects • Choice of working environment (Mac/Linux/Windows) We are excited to meet passionate technology enthusiasts ready to drive meaningful change.
