Lab Engineer (f/m/x)

Nasze wymagania: Ability to work from the client's office 5 days a week (on-site work) A valid Category B driving license Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written) Basic Linux knowledge and experience working in a command-line environment Experience configuring and managing Wi-Fi access points (various vendors/standards) Basic electronics knowledge, including the ability to solder and perform minor PCB rework Familiarity with safety practices when working with electronic equipment Comfortable using SSH for remote device configuration and debugging Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to document work clearly Fluent Polish required Residing in Poland required Mile widziane: Experience with test automation frameworks or CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with smart home protocols (Zigbee, Z-Wave, Matter, Thread, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) Knowledge of network analysis tools (Wireshark, iperf, etc.) Previous work in a hardware test lab environment O projekcie: We are looking for a hands-on Lab Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware test-beds used for regression testing of smart home devices. You will work closely with development and QA teams to ensure reliable and repeatable test environments.
