Lead Automation Test Engineer

Nasze wymagania: strong experience in test automation experience in defining test strategies experience with performance and load testing hands-on experience with Python experience with JavaScript (for k6) or Java (for JMeter) experience with load testing tools (e.g. Apache JMeter, k6) experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Robot Framework) experience working with CI/CD pipelines high level of ownership and leadership mindset English at B2 level or higher Mile widziane: experience in security-related projects experience leading QA teams O projekcie: We are looking for a Lead / Senior Automation Test Engineer to join a project in the security domain, focused on building high-quality, reliable systems used in demanding environments. This role combines hands-on engineering with ownership of the QA strategy. You will shape testing processes, define standards, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure delivery quality at scale. Location: mostly remote + occasional office visits (Candidates based in Warsaw are preferred) Capacity: full-time or part-time Zakres obowiązków: define and drive test strategy across the project oversee performance and quality assurance processes communicate with stakeholders and report to the client define testing standards, tools, and best practices support and mentor QA team members ensure high-quality delivery in a complex environment Oferujemy: B2B contract flexible engagement (full-time or part-time) mostly remote work with occasional on-site presence high-impact project in the security domain
