Lead Test Automation Engineer with Java (f/m/x)

Wymagania: - At least 5 years of hands-on practice in test automation within international and distributed teams - Minimum 1 year of experience in coordinating QA Communities or leading QA initiatives - Practical application of Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP) and DevOps principles - Background in performance and non-functional testing - Strong programming skills in Java with hands-on use of Selenium and Cucumber - Commercial exposure to API validation and web interface verification - Familiarity with CI/CD ecosystems, including Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence - Working knowledge of BDD principles and Gherkin syntax - Solid foundation in software quality assurance concepts and SDLC - Advanced Polish and English communication skills enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders O firmie: - Sii is the leading technology consulting, digital transformation, engineering, and business services vendor in Poland.
