Manual QA Engineer QA Engineer About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality IT solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product excellence by designing, executing, and continuously improving manual testing processes and overall QA practices. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly understood, properly validated, and transformed into reliable, high-performing software. You will • Act as an active member of an Agile Scrum team, ensuring quality throughout the entire development lifecycle • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely and constructive feedback • Design, create, and maintain clear and well-structured test plans and test cases • Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities within sprint cycles • Design, execute, and document manual tests for new features as well as regression testing • Identify, document, and track defects across all stages of development • Define and perform regression testing to ensure product stability and reliability • Continuously improve QA processes and stay up to date with modern testing tools, practices, and trends Skills and experience you will need • Proven experience as a QA Engineer in web application testing • Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC) and QA methodologies • Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman, Swagger) • Experience working in SDLC and Agile/Scrum environments • Strong skills in test case design techniques (boundary values, equivalence partitioning, exploratory testing, etc.) • Experience with Jira or similar issue tracking tools • Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English (written and spoken) • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and independence Nice to have • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms • Experience in non-functional testing (performance, accessibility, SEO) • Exposure to test automation (preferably TypeScript or Python) or willingness to learn • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins or similar) • Basic understanding of AWS environments and log monitoring • Basic Linux command-line skills Tech & ways of working We work in an Agile/Scrum environment, applying DevOps practices and Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD).
