Manual Tester (Mortgage & Credit Risk) Location: Warsaw (Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office) Rate: Up to 64 PLN/h + VAT (B2B) Experience: Mid (3+ years) 📝 Project Overview We are looking for a Manual Tester to join a team developing critical banking systems. This role requires more than just testing skills; we need someone who understands mortgage products and credit risk assessment processes. If you can combine business domain knowledge with technical verification (API, SQL), this is the role for you. 💼 Key Responsibilities • Manual Testing: Conducting functional (frontend & backend) and exploratory tests. • Test Scenarios: Preparing integration and system test scenarios based on business requirements analysis. • API & Data: Testing REST API (using Postman/Swagger) and verifying data via SQL. • Collaboration: Working closely with development teams during sprints, analyzing logs (Kibana), and managing defects (Jira). • Domain Focus: Verifying the correctness of credit risk calculations and mortgage product logic. ☑️ Requirements (Must Have) • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in manual testing. • Domain Knowledge: Mandatory knowledge of mortgage products and credit risk assessment. • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of SQL and REST API testing (Postman). • Tools: Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and log analysis tools (e.g., Kibana). • Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, diligence, and the ability to work effectively under time pressure. • Availability: Ready to work from the Warsaw office 2 days per week. ⭐ Nice to Have • ISTQB Foundation Level / Agile Tester certification. • Knowledge of databases on GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
