Manual Tester (Work on-site in Warsaw)

As a Manual Tester, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the software quality industry. You will contribute to ensuring the robustness and functionality of cutting-edge digital applications, supporting ongoing innovation and excellence in product delivery. Your main responsibilities: • Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on specified requirements. • Identify, document, and track bugs or issues, collaborating closely with development teams. • Verify fixes and validate the quality of deliverables to meet high standards. • Contribute to test planning, strategizing testing activities, and improving testing processes. • Document testing procedures, results, and reports to facilitate continuous improvement. You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 3 years of experience in manual software testing. • Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test case management, and defect tracking tools. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify software issues effectively. • Knowledge of testing standards, best practices, and quality metrics. • Good communication skills in English, comfortable with technical documentation. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages. • Certifications such as ISTQB Foundation Level. Language Required for the role: • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
