Project Analyst / Project Coordinator (Technology) Hybrid work (Warsaw) – 3 days from the office B2B via Experis Full-time job   Job Overview Support global technology initiatives with a strong focus on project coordination, SDLC, testing (Functional & E2E) and operational readiness in a fast‑changing, deadline‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Support regional and global projects across multiple workstreams • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, risks and dependencies • Coordinate cross‑functional and offshore stakeholders • Support SDLC activities across Agile and Waterfall • Lead and support Functional & E2E testing (planning, execution, defects) • Conduct test scenario walkthroughs and test script reviews • Track and resolve testing gaps prior to go‑live • Support release management and production readiness • Analyze business and technology processes; recommend improvements • Document findings, processes, user manuals and training materials • Support operational readiness and ongoing process optimization Requirements • Bachelor’s degree • Experience supporting large, global technology initiatives • Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile & Waterfall) • Hands‑on experience with Functional and E2E testing • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a global, multi‑cultural environment • Flexibility to support EMEA/UK and global working hours We offer • B2B contract via Experis • Hybrid work model (3 days in office) • Work on large‑scale, global technology projects • Exposure to end‑to‑end SDLC, testing and release processes • Collaboration with international, multi‑cultural teams • Medicover • Multisport • E-learning platform • Group insurance
