About the Role
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications. You will work closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle, combining manual and automated testing practices.
Wymagania:
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.- Programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or a similar language.- Hands-on experience with test automation.- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.- Understanding of software development processes and testing methodologies.- Experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and learning.- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.Nice to Have- Experience in the financial services industry.- Knowledge of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Codex.- Experience working with CI/CD environments.
Codzienne zadania:
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, UI, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects while providing usability feedback.
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure product quality.
- Develop and maintain automated tests and support their integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify risks early and promote QA best practices across the team.
