Opis stanowiska
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer for a project related to the migration of systems from Mainframe to a cloud environment. You will be a port of the team responsible for test automation, integration with CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring system quality at every stage of this transformation. You will have an opportunity to work in steel industry (contract for 3-6 months, 100% remote from any place in Poland). Key responsibilities • Creating, maintaining, and optimizing automated tests for REST API applications and services in the .NET environment (C#). • Designing test scenarios supporting the migration of applications from Mainframe to the cloud (integration, performance, and compatibility testing). • Integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). • Analyzing and reporting bugs, collaborating with development teams and architects to resolve quality issues. • Developing and implementing automated test strategies and recommending testing tools and frameworks. Ideal candidate profile • Min. 4 years of experience as a QA Engineer. • Strong knowledge of .NET and ability to write automated tests for REST API in C#. • Experience in Mainframe-to-cloud migration projects (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and ability to work in a DevOps environment. • Experience in defining automated test strategies or building QA frameworks. • Good command of English (min. B2). • Experience in an international consulting environment. Nice to have: • Knowledge of AI tools in testing (test case generation, anomaly detection, log analysis).
