We deliver banking-as-a-service solutions that enable trading, custody, and management of traditional securities, cryptocurrencies, and tokenized assets — all through a single integrated platform. Our clients include banks, wealth managers, neobrokers, and fintechs across Europe. Our IT development hub is based in Warsaw, where our engineering team meets in the office twice a week. We're growing rapidly, building serious financial platforms while keeping a relaxed, professional atmosphere where engineers have real ownership over what they build. ## What you'll do - Test multiple platforms across a wide range of technologies — from manual API testing and web app validation to mobile app testing on Android and iOS - Build and maintain automated regression test suites to safeguard critical financial workflows - Explore and implement AI-assisted testing approaches to increase coverage and efficiency - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders on user story refinement and acceptance criteria - Support documentation management and serve as a key point of contact for clients - Bring a detail-oriented, analytical mindset to a highly regulated environment where precision directly impacts trust ## What we're looking for - Experience in manual and automated testing across APIs, web applications, and mobile apps - A meticulous, detail-oriented approach — in fintech, the details matter - Ability to quickly understand complex business domains and translate requirements into thorough test strategies - Strong communication skills — you'll work with developers, business analysts, and external clients - A proactive mindset — our QA engineers are not just testers, they're active participants in shaping the product - Eagerness to learn and adapt — you'll ramp up quickly on trading markets, financial regulations, and platform-specific knowledge ## Nice to have - Prior experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries - Understanding of EU trading markets and associated regulations (MiFID II, KYC/AML) - Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, or similar) - Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or similar) - Experience with BDD frameworks (Ginkgo/Gomega, Cucumber, or similar) ## What we offer - Hybrid work model — 2 days/week in our Warsaw office, rest remote - 20 days PTO on B2B - A role that goes beyond testing — real influence on product quality, client relationships, and business processes - Exposure to diverse platforms and technologies in a fast-moving fintech environment - A team that values growth — we invest in building competences and support continuous learning - Relaxed yet professional culture in a rapidly growing company - Flex-time arrangements
