About the role
We are looking for a QA Engineer with solid experience in software testing, a good understanding of testing methodologies, Quality Assurance practices, and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC ). The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communicates openly, and is able to work independently while collaborating effectively with development teams. This role requires practical experience with programming languages such as C++, C, and Python, as well as advanced English skills at C1 level. Experience in the automotive domain will be considered a strong advantage.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science - At least 3 years of commercial experience in software testing, preferably in embedded or technical projects - Hands on experience in applying testing techniques - Practical experience in test automation - Practical experience with programming languages: C++, C, and Python - Experience in analysis of customer needs - Proven experience with test case design - Experience in reporting complex bugs/issues - Familiarity with Agile delivery and Agile mindset concepts - Advanced English skills at C1 level, both spoken and written - Fluent Polish skills, both spoken and written - Experience in the automotive domain will be considered a strong advantage
