QA Engineer

Wymagania: - Proven experience as a QA Tester (Mid or Senior level). - Strong experience in manual testing of web-based or SaaS applications. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and release processes. - Experience with structured bug reporting and documentation. - Ability to investigate issues using browser developer tools (network tab, REST API inspection, console logs). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and systematic approach to testing. - Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical teams. - Experience with AI-powered or automation-based systems is a plus. - Must be based in Poland or willing to relocate, as working from Poland is a requirement. Zakres obowiązków: - Manual Functional Testing: Thoroughly test application features by manually navigating through the system, validating user flows, configurations, integrations, and edge cases. - End-to-End Scenario Testing: Validate complete business workflows across different modules of the SaaS platform to ensure consistency and logical correctness. - Bug Reporting & Documentation: Identify, document, and report issues in a structured and reproducible manner, providing clear steps to reproduce and supporting evidence. - Collaboration with Developers: Communicate effectively with frontend and backend teams to clarify issues, verify fixes, and retest resolved tickets. - Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new updates do not negatively impact existing functionality. - Process Improvement: Contribute to improving QA workflows, documentation standards, and release validation processes.
