About DynaRisk
DynaRisk helps insurers, brokers, and enterprises assess and reduce cyber risk by combining threat intelligence, device/cloud posture, and behavioral signals into clear risk scores and actionable recommendations across the customer lifecycle. Following recent investment, we’re scaling product and engineering to expand data coverage and accelerate delivery.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a hands-on Mid-Level QA Engineer to join an established quality setup. Test plans, test cases, and supporting documentation are already in place, so this role focuses on executing, maintaining, and improving them rather than defining the overall QA strategy. Up to 60% of your time will be spent on manual testing; the remaining time will focus on coding synthetic monitoring checks and automated regression tests.
Our tech stack: Go, PHP, React, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD
What You'll Do
● Spend up to 60% of your time on hands-on manual testing, including exploratory, functional, integration, end-to-end, and release testing across web, API, and data layers.
● Execute and maintain existing test plans, test cases, checklists, and QA documentation, keeping them current as the product evolves.
● Reproduce, document, and track defects clearly; verify fixes and support regression and release validation.
● Code and maintain synthetic monitoring checks for critical user journeys, APIs, and service availability using appropriate monitoring tooling.
● Develop and maintain automated regression tests across UI and API layers, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
● Use API testing tools, SQL, logs, metrics, and traces to validate behaviour, investigate issues, and support root cause analysis.
● Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design to clarify acceptance criteria, assess risk, and improve release quality.
Must-Have Experience & Skills
● 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing.
● Strong exploratory and structured manual testing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
● Practical experience working with existing test plans, test cases, defect management, and QA documentation.
● Hands-on ability to write and maintain automated regression tests using at least one UI or API automation framework.
● Experience creating synthetic monitoring or automated availability and critical-user-journey checks.
● API testing proficiency (e.g. Postman) and solid SQL skills for test verification.
● Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
● Experience testing SaaS products in cloud environments, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
● English communication skills at B2 level or above.
Nice-to-Have Experience & Skills
● Experience with UI automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
● Exposure to performance, reliability, or contract testing.
How We’ll Measure Success
● Consistent, thorough manual test coverage with clear defect reporting and dependable release validation.
● Existing test plans, cases, and documentation remain current, useful, and trusted by the team.
● Stable synthetic monitoring and automated regression tests provide fast, reliable feedback in CI/CD and production.
● Fewer escaped defects and regressions, smoother releases, and higher confidence across teams.
What we offer
● A workstation and two monitors
● Training budget
● Company options
● Fully paid private healthcare in LuxMed
● Fully paid MultiSport card
● Free lunch once a week and pizza day once a month
● Free coffee and beverages
● Comfortable office located in the city center
