QA Engineer (Manual / Automation) – Social Media Applications 📍 Location: Warsaw or Gdańsk, Poland 🏢 Work model: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite – mandatory) 📅 Working days: Sunday – Thursday 💼 Contract: Permanent Employment (UoP) 🚀 Start date: Immediate We are looking for a QA Engineer to join a dynamic team working on large-scale social media applications used globally. You will be responsible for testing web and device-based applications, ensuring the quality of new features, releases, and integrations across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced and innovative environment. 💰 Salary 3–6 years of experience 11,000 – 15,000 PLN per month 🧪 Your Responsibilities • Develop detailed test plans for web-based and device-based applications and software features • Create test cases and test suites for new features, change requests, and business requirements • Execute test cases for new features, regressions, and releases • Perform manual and automated testing across multiple platforms (mobile and desktop) • Identify, isolate, and report defects with clear reproduction steps and logs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage issues and validate fixes • Maintain test environments and test data for consistent validation • Manage test suites and defect logs • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools ✅ Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 3-6 years of experience in QA / software or hardware testing • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking • Experience with test management and defect management tools • Experience with automation tools such as:• Selenium • Appium • PyTest • Good understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps, deployments, and QA • Strong attention to detail and communication skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders ⭐ Nice to Have • Experience testing social media applications • Understanding of social media features and system integrations • Ability to work in fast-paced, experimental environments 🎁 What We Offer • Flexible benefits package via MyBenefit cafeteria (Multisport, vouchers, etc.) • Private medical care (Luxmed) for employees and family members • Life & Disability Insurance (Generali) • Voluntary Pension Fund • Social Fund benefits (holiday bonuses, kindergarten allowances) • Company integration and cultural events • Recognition and reward programs • Employee referral bonuses • Relocation support (accommodation, travel, covered expenses) • Friendly and inclusive working environment Important: We are currently considering candidates who can start immediately (latest by 23rd March) and do not require a work permit in Poland.
