We are seeking a QA Engineer to execute quality assurance for our voice and conversational AI platforms, including Genesys, Cognigy, and integrations with AWS-hosted systems. You will be responsible for test execution — including manual, regression, and automated test coverage for voice workflows and backend APIs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and compliant user experience across IVR, voicebots, and customer contact channels. How you will get the job done - designing and executing manual and automated test cases for voicebot logic, IVR flows, call routing, and backend integrations - coordinating and executing end-to-end regression and integration testing across Genesys, Cognigy, CRM, and AWS services - reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback - participating in story refinements to define clear and testable acceptance criteria - collaborating with developers, analysts, and product owners to validate requirements and user stories - preparing own test data, call simulation, and validation scripts - managing test environments, tracking defects, and following through to resolution - supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and external vendors - ensuring that testing aligns with regulatory, security, and operational requirements (e.g., GDPR, DORA)
