QA Engineering Manager (Android+Web)

Nasze wymagania:
2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing QA Engineering or software testing teams.
A proven hands-on technical background in software test automation for Mobile/Android and/or Web.
Deep empathy for the end-user and experience setting up visual regression testing, performance budgets, and perceived latency benchmarks.
Practical experience managing physical device testing matrices, cloud device farms, and connected IoT/POS hardware systems.
A proven track record of teaching, influencing, and persuading software engineers to write their own automated tests.
Direct experience or a clear, pragmatic strategy for utilizing AI/LLM tools to accelerate test script generation, UI assertions, or test suite maintenance.
Prioritize real-world user outcomes and business impact over academic or technical purity.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Mile widziane:
Familiarity with Kotlin, React (TypeScript), Python (Django), Go, PostgreSQL, Docker, GitHub Actions.
Experience in Fintech, Merchant Services, Point of Sale (POS), payment processing, or SaaS hospitality platforms.

Lead the strategic vision and the team responsible for manual and test automation strategies across the entire product suite.
Guide the Automation Testing roadmap, design robust testing tools, and foster a modern software engineering culture.
Guarantee that critical user flows—such as login, real-time menu updates, checkout, payments, and end-of-day reporting—are flawless across Web and Mobile (Android) platforms.

Zakres obowiązków:
Drive a "Shift-Left" Quality Culture: Partner with Software Engineering Managers to embed quality engineering early in the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Foster a shared-ownership model where writing automated tests is a native, standard practice for all developers.
Lead and Coach: Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of QA Automation Engineers and SDETs. Conduct 1:1s, construct career progression paths, and foster a healthy, continuous-learning team dynamic.
Own the Automation Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously refine our Test Automation Frameworks for Web and Android environments.
Manage our Physical Device Testing Lab: Oversee the infrastructure for automated testing on physical Android stations, handheld POS devices, and payment peripherals, seamlessly blending physical test coverage with cloud emulator matrices.
Leverage Modern AI Tools: Champion the integration of generative AI and LLM-assisted engineering tools to dramatically accelerate automated test authoring and maintenance.
Maintain the Testing Platform: Work closely with DevOps and Platform teams to maintain ultra-fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
Define Quality Metrics: Track and expose actionable quality KPIs to drive data-informed tooling and engineering improvements.
