QA Lead / Quality Assurance Manager

Wymagania: - Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading QA teams and quality processes. - Backend Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Linux for system validation. - Agile Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience in Agile environments. - Communication: Strong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders. Codzienne zadania: - Quality Ownership: Defining QA strategy, quality standards, and the roadmap. - Test Design: Designing risk-based tests and maintaining full test documentation. - Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and coordinating work within distributed teams. - Process Integration: Deeply embedding QA into the SDLC/STLC and Agile workflows. - Execution: Coordinating manual and automated testing efforts. - Management: Handling defect tracking and reporting via JIRA and Xray.
