Nasze wymagania: Proven experience leading quality with solid communication and decision-making skills Deep understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices Experience in risk analysis and risk management Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in QA metrics Strong background in сhange management Mile widziane: Proactive problem solver with a strong business mindset ISTQB certifications Experience with test automation and modern QA tools Familiarity with backup, storage, or data protection technologies Zakres obowiązków: Oversee the end-to-end quality assurance process, ensuring software meets defined quality standards prior to release. Drive a culture of quality by embedding best practices across the SDLC/STLC and promoting continuous process improvement. Define and implement QA strategy, including test frameworks, test plans, automation approach, and quality metrics to improve efficiency and coverage. Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership, influencing quality-related decisions and risk management. Support individual growth and development. Encourage cross-team collaboration and contribute to collaborative engineering culture.
