QA / Test Engineer – eInvoicing Compliance

Nasze wymagania: Experience in end-to-end (E2E) and system testing Understanding of financial / invoicing processes (eInvoicing is a plus) Experience working with system integrations (ERP, API, middleware) Knowledge of testing standards (e.g., ISTQB) Ability to design test cases and report defects Experience in testing negative scenarios and edge cases Good organizational and communication skills Very good command of English, both written and spoken (C1) Mile widziane: Knowledge of standards: EN16931, XRechnung, ZUGFeRD Experience with compliance / tax regulations Experience in international projects Knowledge of test environments and their configuration O projekcie: We are looking for a QA/Test Engineer to join a project implementing an eInvoicing solution for the German and French markets. The person in this role will be responsible for comprehensive end-to-end testing of electronic invoicing processes, with a strong focus on compliance requirements and integration with an external eInvoicing provider. Zakres obowiązków: Design and execution of end-to-end tests for invoicing processes: (ERP → eInvoicing provider → recipient → status feedback) Testing of: positive and negative scenarios, error and exception cases Validation of compliance with requirements Verification of archiving and audit trail (traceability) Creation of test cases and test documentation Preparation of test evidence and defect reports Collaboration with ERP, integration teams, and external providers Preparation of test summary reports supporting the go-live decision Oferujemy: Multisport card Private medical care
