Nasze wymagania:
3+ years of experience in test automation — you’ve built and maintained automation frameworks, not just run scripts others wrote.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered development and testing tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) — you actively use AI to write tests, debug, analyze results, or accelerate your workflow.
Strong hands-on skills in at least one of: Java, C#, .NET, or Playwright — and willingness to learn others as you rotate across products.
Real experience with automation tools: Selenium, Cucumber, or similar.
Database testing experience with MSSQL Server or PostgreSQL.
Performance testing experience with tools like JMeter, NeoLoad, or Artillery.
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Ability to analyze NFT results and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability — you’re comfortable switching contexts and ramping up on new products regularly.
Mile widziane:
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Hands-on Terraform or infrastructure-as-code experience.
Background in guiding or mentoring team members on QA practices.

We value versatility over deep specialism in a single language, which is why we’re looking for someone comfortable picking up new frameworks quickly.
Zakres obowiązków:
Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks — we work across Java, C#, .NET, Playwright, Selenium, and Cucumber depending on the product, so you’ll get exposure to multiple stacks.
Create and evolve behavioural and regression tests that validate features on every deployment.
Own performance testing (load, stress, endurance) using JMeter, NeoLoad, or Artillery — analyze results, report findings, and recommend improvements against SLAs.
Automate database and BI report testing to expand coverage beyond the UI layer.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to manage bug lifecycle from discovery to resolution.
Help teams understand and implement non-functional requirements (NFR) and guide NFT testing practices.
Leverage AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate test development and analysis.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tooling, and team capabilities across the organization.
