Quality Assurance Engineer

O projekcie: We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the high quality, reliability, and stability of our systems. In this role, you will take ownership of our automated testing pipelines, support the team in investigating and resolving quality-related issues, and help build confidence in releases across the platform. You will work closely with software engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to improve test coverage, strengthen validation practices, and make quality an integral part of the development lifecycle. Wymagania: You might be the perfect match if you are/have: - Proven experience in building, maintaining, and improving automated testing pipelines for software systems.- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Pytest for test automation.- Practical experience with Selenium for UI and end-to-end test automation.- Practical experience with TypeScript and Playwright for modern test automation.- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.- Good understanding of Software Quality Assurance principles, including: -test strategy, -regression testing, -defect management, -root cause analysis.- Experience working closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and improve software quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.- Ability to balance quality goals with delivery timelines.- Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Strong ownership mindset and focus on continuous improvement. Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas: - Experience with Golang.- Experience developing and validating software under controlled or validated conditions.- Experience working in regulated environments, including documented testing and traceability practices.- Familiarity with backend/API testing and test automation beyond UI-level coverage.- Experience with containerized environments, CI platforms, and modern engineering practices supporting scalable and reliable automated testing. Codzienne zadania: - Design, build, maintain, and improve automated testing pipelines for software systems - Develop automated tests using Python / Pytest, Selenium, and TypeScript / Playwright - Expand and optimize automated test coverage across - -functional testing - integration testing - regression testing - end-to-end testing - Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows - Investigate test failures, analyze defects, identify root causes, and support issue resolution - Collaborate with software engineers to improve product quality throughout the delivery lifecycle - Contribute to testing strategy, quality standards, test design, and test data management - Support software testing in validated or quality-controlled environments - Identify gaps in automation, tooling, and engineering processes, and propose improvements
