Quality Assurance Engineer - Talent Pool

Responsibilities • Executing manual, integration, and regression tests based on project requirements • Reporting, tracking, and verifying defects using test and defect management tools • Preparing and maintaining basic test documentation • Cooperating with developers, analysts, and other project stakeholders to ensure software quality • Supporting API testing and selected test automation activities Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing • Knowledge of SQL • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Xray, TestRail, HPQC, or similar • Experience with test support tools such as SoapUI, JMeter, Postman, or similar Nice to Have • Minimum 3 years of experience working in Agile teams • Minimum 3 years of experience in creating testing process documentation • Experience in projects involving integration testing with external systems • Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle • At least 1 year of experience in interface test automation, including REST APIs, XML, SOAP, and JSON • ISTQB Foundation Level certification • Practical knowledge of XML, JSON, Web Services, and REST • Strong analytical thinking skills • Well-developed interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently
