Opis stanowiska
O projekcie: What you'll do: As a QA Manager you will closely collaborate with Engineering teams in a multinational environment, particularly with developers, technical leads, and Engineering Managers in Poland and the Netherlands, driving shift-left practices and ensuring quality across the entire SDLC. What we offer - O’Reilly platform - Multisport or Multilife - Private healthcare Wymagania: - At least 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance for software development, including hands-on delivery and team leadership - Strong SDLC knowledge and Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban) with modern QA practices (risk-based, shift-left, DoD) - Proven ability to run QA governance and metrics (defect leakage, coverage, release stability) and support release readiness decisions - Hands-on understanding of test automation and CI/CD pipelines, including integration of automated tests into delivery workflows - Understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments from a testing perspective - Proficiency with Jira/Confluence/Odoo and test management/defect tools (e.g., TestRail or equivalent) - Strong ownership, self-organization, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset - Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills across Product, Engineering, DevOps, PMs, and Clients - Fluent English and Polish (at least C1) Nice to have: - Experience in QA for AI/ML and GenAI products, including LLM/RAG validation (data readiness, evaluation, regression for prompts/knowledge base) - Familiarity with AI governance constraints (GDPR, security, model risk, monitoring & quality metrics) and audit support (ISO/SOC2) - Experience with modern QA toolchains and developer productivity tooling (e.g., Playwright/Cypress, Postman, CI tooling, plus Claude/Copilot/Cursor) Codzienne zadania: - Leading QA area as a player-coach role: part-time people/process management, with ~70% hands-on contribution as a QA Engineer on projects - Defining and executing the company-wide QA strategy (standards, policies, frameworks) aligned with business and delivery goals - Implementing and maintaining quality governance (quality gates, KPIs, reporting, escalation paths) across projects - Building and mentoring the QA team (manual, automation, performance, security), including hiring support and development plans - Overseeing end-to-end testing across the SDLC and driving shift-left practices with Engineering - Owning defect lifecycle and quality risk management (triage, prioritization, RCA, prevention) - Driving test automation strategy (UI/API/integration) and CI/CD integration to improve coverage and release stability - Daily cooperation with teams in Poland and the Netherlands in a multinational environment
