Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist • Experience testing Web and Mobile applications • Familiarity with REST api, understanding the structure of HTTP requests and the methods used in client-server communication • Bug reporting and advocacy • Familiarity with test tools as: Browser DevTools, android studio (ADB, Logcat), Postman (REST API), Charles, JMeter, Browserstack, JIRA • Knowledge of testing methodologies, agile development and product lifecycle • Note-taking • Analyzing common error codes and being able to identify the cause of problems • Good English, both written and spoken (B2) • Good Polish, both written and spoken (B2) • Ethics and self-management • Ownership of the testing process • Technical problem solving Nice to have:   • Coding skills • Git knowledge • Familiarity with context driven testing Responsibilities: • Web and mobile application testing • Verifying app against design and business requirements • Functional, exploratory, smoke, ad-hoc and regression testing • Reporting bugs and issues in JIRA • Keeping test documentation up to date • Participating in client meetings and conducting product demos • Collaborating closely with both the development and other QAs to enhance the quality and performance of existing and future projects What We Value: • Clarity in focus and dedication to building digital products that elevate healthcare and improve quality of life. • Flair to face challenges with boldness, creativity, and a proactive mindset. • Grit to take ownership, stay ambitious, and deliver refined, high-quality solutions. • Impact through meaningful innovation that makes pioneering medical discoveries accessible and human-centered. • Ability to collaborate efficiently in teams of technical and non-technical individuals, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and iteration with users. Here is a detailed breakdown of the workflow for this position: • Initial phone interview (20 min): We'll have a quick chat to get to know each other and discuss your experience. It's a great opportunity for us both to see if there's a good fit. • Recruitment task: Following the interview, we will send you a short task to complete. You will have three working days to complete and return it. • Technical interview (45-60 min): If your task is successful, you'll be invited to a technical interview. You will meet with a senior team member to dive deeper into your technical knowledge and discuss your solution. • Culture fit meeting (20-30 min): Next, you'll have a relaxed chat with our IT Team Manager and a recruiter. We'll talk about our company values and see if your working style aligns with ours. • Work reference: After that, we'll ask you to share a work reference. • Decision and feedback: After all the stages are complete, we'll get back to you with our final decision and detailed feedback on your application.
