Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Graduate / Specialist (he / she / they) who will take ownership of end‑to‑end testing activities and contribute to strengthening the Digital Built‑In‑Quality and Compliance of our Connected Services. In this role, you will ensure that our software development processes are consistently applied, validated, and continuously improved across the organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Job Type: undefined time period contract- Starting date: Position available since September 2026- Location: Wrocław, Silver Tower Office Center- Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week in the office, in line with the need- Reporting line: MW manager / Team Lead

Wymagania:
- You are fluent in English (TME business language). - You have a Master degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field. - You are customer oriented and take ownership to challenge the status quo. - You have a passion for software development processes and quality assurance, and you are motivated to help others follow best practices. - You are organized, flexible, pro-active, delivery focused and willing to continuously learn. - You have good communication skills, time management and business understanding.
You have knowledge of:- Software development processes & techniques such as requirements engineering, software design, Agile Scrum, DevOps, software evaluation, SIL/HIL. - Quality assurance practices (e.g., code reviews, test case reviews, process audits). - Software testing (MIL, SIL, HIL) incl testing standards (ISTQB,…)
Following knowledge/skills are considered as an asset:- Usage of ALM tools (Windchill, Codebeamer,…) - Usage of source control & CI/CD tools (Github,…) - Jira, Confluence - Expertise in test automation - GenAI - Basic programming skills (Java, C++, Python) and understanding of software coding best practices. - You have a standard driving license (Category B) or are in the process of obtaining one.
Codzienne zadania:
- Develop E2E testing strategies for n-Car & Ou-Car developed features in cooperation with stakeholders within TME and outside TME.
- Write test cases, execute E2E testing and generate test reports. This includes reporting to Senior Management within TME.
- Identify opportunities to enhance testing quality and testing effectiveness (eg. automation) through applying your datascience skills and help our team to navigate and identify obstacles quickly.
- Standardise quality assurance processes applied by different testing teams.
