What you'll do: As a Senior QA Specialist, You’ll be identifying, tasking, and tracking bugs in web and mobile apps. Reviewing the requirements and specifications will also be a part of your job. You'll work in close cooperation with customers, developers, and product managers to identify system requirements. Writing scenarios, test plans, and test cases will be your responsibility. You'll be creating E2E and API automation scripts in JavaScript and TypeScript, using such open source tools as Cypress.io or Playwright. Working in an Agile environment, you'll be using tools like Postman for exploratory API testing. You will also leverage AI-powered tools and LLMs to accelerate the creation of test documentation, generate complex test data, and optimize automation script development.   The recruitment process consists of two steps: • a 30–45 min intro call with HR • a technical interview (around 1h) Who you are (requirements): • excellent knowledge of tests' levels, types and techniques • commercial experience working with bug trackers (Jira) • good knowledge of web browser technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript • strong experience in writing test plans and/or test cases • familiarity with Agile methodologies • good knowledge of E2E/API testing best practices and frameworks/tools • familiarity with usability testing • familiarity with Git (e.g. Github, GitLab) • proven experience in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate the creation of test plans, test cases, and automated scripts • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English What we'd like to see (nice-to-haves): • familiarity with performance, mobile, usability and/or security testing issues • experience in working with CI/CD • your experience in writing BDD scenarios and adding JavaScript code to them • ISTQB Foundation Level, ISTQB Agile Tester, extension certificates • if you had a chance to work in projects developed in technologies similar to ours and you had a chance to present your work in front of a client is a nice set Benefits: • one-time home office bonus - 1000 PLN net • free medical care • flexible working hours • 100% remote work or hybrid model: if you want, we have a great office in Poznań!
