Senion Test Engineer

Mode: hybrid (2 days per week at the office)Location: Warsaw Rate: 125-135 PLN/h Contract: B2B Introduction & Summary We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, test design, and structured test management. The ideal candidate should have solid Java programming skills, as our internal automation framework is built in Java, and will be responsible for expanding and maintaining automated test coverage. The role requires a disciplined tester who can design, document, and execute test cases across component, system, and integration testing, while also contributing to manual testing where required. The candidate should be structured, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining high-quality test documentation. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the role involves working closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders. The candidate should be able to clearly articulate test results, risks, and quality insights. Main Responsibilities • Develop and maintain automated tests using Java • Contribute to the improvement of an internal automation framework • Design and document test scenarios and test cases • Execute component, system, and integration testing • Perform manual testing when required • Manage test execution, defects, and documentation using Jira and Confluence Key Requirements • Strong Java programming skills • Experience with test automation frameworks • Solid knowledge of test design and test management practices • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills • Ability to work across both automation and manual testing Nice to Have • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding systems • Experience testing integration-heavy or event-driven platforms
