Unleash the Future of Testing Automation — Drive Innovation in Insurance & P&C Technology! Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model, allowing up to 4 remote days per week. As a Senior API Automation Engineer – Insurance & P&C Domain, you will be working for our client, a leading organization committed to transforming testing automation within the P&C insurance sector. You will play a pivotal role in designing scalable, maintainable automated testing solutions across multiple project phases—driving innovation, reducing risks, and elevating quality standards in complex systems. Your main responsibilities: • Conduct reviews of existing tests to identify gaps and risks and recommend new solutions. • Design and perform automated tests in accordance with industry best practices and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. • Develop detailed implementation roadmaps, including KPIs, migration plans, and training strategies. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including testers, developers, DevOps, and architects, to ensure seamless adoption and execution. • Prepare clear documentation, reports, and standards that facilitate ongoing automation excellence. • Support the implementation of standard practices, test data management, and observability frameworks. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing stability, coverage, and performance. You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 3 years of experience in automation testing or related roles, with proven expertise in API testing. • Solid knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and CI/CD integrations. • Strong understanding of test architecture design, test data management, and automation standards. • Experience in designing scalable and maintainable automation solutions within complex environments. • Ability to work effectively in hybrid/remote settings, with excellent communication skills in Polish. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration tools. • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and scripting languages. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Certifications in test automation or related fields. • Experience working within insurance or enterprise system landscapes. • Knowledge of performance testing and observability tools. Language Required for the role: • Polish — good command required.
