Ability to work effectively in hybrid/remote settings, with excellent communication skills in Polish. Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration tools. Zakres obowiązków: Conduct reviews of existing tests to identify gaps and risks and recommend new solutions. Design and perform automated tests in accordance with industry best practices and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. Develop detailed implementation roadmaps, including KPIs, migration plans, and training strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including testers, developers, DevOps, and architects, to ensure seamless adoption and execution. Prepare clear documentation, reports, and standards that facilitate ongoing automation excellence. Support the implementation of standard practices, test data management, and observability frameworks. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing stability, coverage, and performance.
