Senior Automation Tester – Growth Path to Chapter Lead (Testing)

O projekcie: We are launching a recruitment process for a Senior Automation Tester with a clearly defined development path towards the role of Chapter Lead in an international testing chapter. This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay hands-on technically, while gradually building leadership skills and shaping testing standards and ways of working in a global environment. 🔹 Number of openings: 1 🔹 Working model: International, Agile environment Wymagania: We are looking for a candidate who: - Has strong experience in test automation, - Is motivated to grow into a leadership / Chapter Lead role, - Communicates confidently in English (minimum B2+), - Has good knowledge of programming languages such as Java and/or Python, - Is familiar with tools and technologies such as REST APIs, Postman, - Is comfortable working and collaborating in a multicultural, international environment, - Combines a hands-on mindset with ownership, proactivity and strong communication skills. Codzienne zadania: - You will start as a Senior Automation Tester while being actively prepared to take over the role of Chapter Lead – Testing in the future. - The role includes mentoring, contributing to testing strategy, building standards, and supporting the growth of the chapter.
