Senior Data QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data QA Engineer who will be responsible for testing data pipelines and ensuring their quality, reliability, and accuracy.  ✅ Your responsibilities: • Design and maintain data tests and quality checks across the full pipeline • Create and execute end to end testing strategies for data pipelines • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for data workflows • Define and track SLAs for data freshness, completeness, and accuracy • Build scorecards and dashboards to monitor data quality • Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, performance, and reliability • Collaborate with analytics, data science, and platform engineering teams on scalable solutions • Contribute to code reviews, engineering standards, and support junior team members 🧠 Our requirements: • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or backend data systems • Strong proficiency in Python or a similar programming language • Strong SQL skills, including complex joins and window functions • Experience building or implementing automation testing frameworks • Experience working with Snowflake or a similar data platform • Experience working with AWS S3 or other cloud object storage • Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas • Good knowledge of GitHub best practices • Understanding of data security, access control, and governance 🌟 What we offer: • 100% remote work • Long term, stable cooperation • Opportunity to work on challenging production systems at meaningful scale • Real impact on data quality, reliability, and engineering standards
