Senior IT Test Automation Engineer

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior IT Test Automation Engineer Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and solutions • Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios • Perform automated testing of applications, including maintenance and optimization of existing test suites • Test microservices-based architectures, ensuring proper validation of service interactions and dependencies • Validate and test RESTful APIs, including endpoints, HTTP methods, headers, and status codes • Prepare and manage test data, ensuring proper coverage and data quality • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for data validation and testing • Collaborate within Agile/SAFe teams, contributing to CI/CD and DevOps practices • Support continuous improvement of test processes and automation practices Requirements: • Strong experience in test automation and maintenance • Ability to analyze requirements and design effective test strategies • Proficiency in Java (version 21 or higher) with solid understanding of OOP and design patterns • Experience in building test automation frameworks from scratch • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and experience in testing distributed systems • Experience with REST API testing and understanding of HTTP protocols • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) • Experience with test data preparation and management • Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies • Good spoken and written English Nice to have: • ISTQB certifications (Agile, Foundation Level, or Test Automation Engineer) or willingness to obtain them Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
