Senior Performance Tester

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Performance Tester Hybrid work from: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia - 3x/week Responsibilities: • Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE) • Create and enhance TrueClient and HTTP/HTML scripts for web-based applications • Conduct performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing • Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations • Work on API and Microservices performance testing, including service virtualization where required • Monitor system performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Sysdig etc • Prepare test plans, workload models, test scenarios, and performance reports • Collaborate with Development, QA, Infra, and Business teams for issue resolution • Handle performance testing for applications built on PEGA platform Requirements: • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing • Strong expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE) • Hands-on experience in TrueClient scripting • Strong experience in HTTP/HTML scripting • Good knowledge of API and Microservices architecture • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Very good command of English, both spoken and written Nice to have: • Experience in performance testing of PEGA applications • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Sysdig, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk) • Experience with CI/CD integration for performance testing • SQL knowledge for backend validation • Good communication and stakeholder management skills Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
