Senior QA Engineer

Model: remoteEmployment type: full-time Responsibilities: • Conducting quality activities such as process validation and risk analysis • Overseeing corrective actions (CAPA), complaints, and post-audit activities • Collaborating with other departments on data analysis and process improvement • Supervising documentation within the Quality Management System (eQMS) • Supporting quality across production, product development, and supplier collaboration • Providing mentoring and substantive support to junior team members • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards Requirements: • Experience testing enterprise-grade web applications, including handling complex workflows, data validation, and cross-functional integrations. • Internationalization and localization testing experience, ensuring proper functionality, accurate content, and expected behavior across various countries, regions, and languages. • Communicative English (spoken and written). Nice to have: • Experience in regulated or healthcare domains and familiarity with EHR/CRM systems. • Basic knowledge of test automation tools (such as Playwright or Cypress) and API testing tools. • Experience in SQL and integration testing. • Knowledge of Salesforce.
